OVERVIEW
After discussing as a group, we decided that one of the biggest problems we saw within the park was that guests really had no idea where to go. They got lost very easily and would have to ask for help. After speaking with our professor, we learned that part of this may be intentional to force guest interactions. As a group, we still wanted to discuss solutions that still allowed for the same guest interaction, but gave guests an easier navigation set without becoming upset or frustrated.
CURRENT NAVIGATION USES
The official Walt Disney website suggests three separate types of navigation...

- Online Maps - Online maps are interactive and allows guests to explore the Walt Disney Resort before they visit. When connected to GPS, the application for the smart phone can locate guests inside the park and give them directions to their next location.
- Paper Maps - The Walt Disney World site suggests to "be sure to pick up a complimentary paper guide map at each park's main entrance." These maps are also available at Guest Relations and some of the larger shops.
- Cast Members - Walt Disney's website recommends going to the nearest cast member for directions, under the impression that every cast member will know where to send you.
