The maps are useful, but not for everyone. We should take several approaches to navigation, not just a park map.

In order to understand how guests are truly affected by the confusing park maps and lack of guidance, we decided to speak with a cast member who worked at Magic Kingdom, Jordan Howell.
- Howell said that as a cast member at Magic Kingdom, he is expected to give guests information on where to go. He says that, "it is often difficult to give guests accurate, detailed directions while trying to perform my role efficiently and assist with large groups of guests at the same time.”
- Like many others, Howell remembers his first trip to Disney. “I remember my first time coming to Disney World and it was so stressful for my parents to navigate the parks while trying to keep me and my siblings from getting lost. There have to be more efficient ways for guests who are unfamiliar with the Disney parks to navigate and spend less time getting lost and more time experiencing Disney.”
