Routes for Different Activities
Having routes directed for different activities, is important for first-time visitors to get rid of crowds and long waits in line. Some visitors are confused about which attractions to do, which could cause a lot more time spent in lines or skipping attractions completely. Besides, everyone’s preferences will vary (small kids can’t ride thrilling rides, teens may not like ‘kiddies rides’, etc.). All they need to develop a basic itinerary are basic attraction guides for each park. We recommend planning several routes directed for different activities and groups.
The following plans for park, take Magic Kingdom, cover our perfect days:
Family Route: Main Street → Fantasyland ( Mickey’s PhilharMagic, Peter Pan’s Flight, it’s a small world, Under the sea, Winnie the Pooh ) → Liberty Square ( Riverboat, Haunted Mansion) → Adventure land (Jungle Cruise, Pirates of Caribbean )
Adventure Route: Main Street → Tomorrowland (Space Mountain, Speedway) → Fantasyland (Seven Dwarfs Mine Train) → Liberty Square (Haunted Mansion) → Adventure land (Jungle Cruise ) → Frontierland ( Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad)
Kids Route: Main Street → Tomorrowland (Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor, Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin) → Fantasyland (Peter Pan’s Flight, it’s a small world, Dumbo, The Barnstormer, Mad Tea Party ) → Adventure land (The Magic Carpets of Aladdin )

Robot Engager
We now live in a world in which robots take over much of the work. So think about it if next time we go to Disney and unfortunately we get lost, then a robot coming and show the right direction for us. That would be so amazing right? And Now there are many international airports have already apply the Artificial intelligence robot technology to guest serving, which save human labor a lot.
We specially designed a kind of Robot Engager for Disney. It has two modes of operation. One is Company Mode and another one is Guiding mode. The robot we build capable of understanding spoken commands. By placing the robot at an intersection where the park is easy to get lost, he can lead the visitors to where they want to go according to the instructions of the person. Another mode he will have will be just for direction.

Other Solutions
1. Height requirements - When you open the app and search a ride, it will list the height requirements in both inches and centimeters to help guests from all over the world know the height requirements of rides.
2. Routes for different activities - The parade route could be outlined in a certain color on the park map in Magic Kingdom park map to show where and when it starts and ends. For the Happily Ever After fireworks display, it would be nice to know which area is permitted to view the fireworks and which is not to allow for less confusion, but this is communicated through taped off areas and cast members directing guests to a proper, fire hazard free safety zone.
3. When you open up the application and sign in, your main screen has a colorful display at the top in large print. When selected, it demonstrates a park map for each park located at Walt Disney World. You can zoom in and out to check the wait times and overall locations of certain attractions and shows at the park. You are able to filter out any parks that don’t pertain to what you are focusing on, and instead can select the park you are visiting that day. At the top, you can select certain features like restrooms and photopass locations to find the tools necessary to make your day more efficient.
4. If there were directories inside the park, it wouldn’t feel as personal and homey as Disney does. You can use the directory on the MyDisneyExperience App to have a directory that is better than any physical directory in the parks. They can also come talk to cast members if they need any assistance on finding where they need to go.
5. There should definitely be a suggestion handout for guests. For example, many guests don’t know that the Festival of Fantasy parade begins at 2:00 in Frontierland and then makes it way in front of the castle and down Main Street. Guests save spots on Main Street at 1:00 and are waiting a long time before the parade even reaches them. There could also be suggestions on great quick service dining spots and highlights on new merchandise offerings.
6. Disney offers cast members the opportunity to pick up shifts at locations other than their main place of work. This can either be through shift trades or picking up extra hours at an understaffed location. The cast at the new location don’t always know where the closest bathroom is or the average wait time of The Rock n Rollercoaster. This is why cast members should have an area specific Tell-a-cast pamphlet that informs them of need to know directions and answers to commonly asked guest questions. This would be extremely helpful for all cast in a location to have, but specifically for cast not familiar with the area.
